Program Description
The text-messaging program is used to help clients, parents, and caregivers receive timely administrative information from The Tree House.
- Appointment reminders and confirmations;
- Scheduling and rescheduling updates;
- Office closures or operational notifications;
- Program or service information; and
- Responses to administrative questions.
The program is not used for clinical discussions, medical advice, emergency communications, fundraising solicitations, or promotional marketing.
