This is a great family event for everyone! It supports a great cause also. The Tree House CAC of Montgomery County Maryland has worked hard over the last 20 years providing support in keeping children safe.
This year’s 10th Annual event is expected to be the largest bike ride yet. With a 500-1000 riders, plus their families we are looking for the following:
The Tree House is looking for vendor sponsorship, volunteers and cookie stands(perfect for the Girl Scouts!) for this event.
Family Expo Booth Terms And Conditions
Arrival And Setup:
All Family Expo Booth participants should arrive for set up at the Tour de Cookie on the following date time: Saturday, May 6th at 9:15 am. Any vehicles must be moved to the parking area by 9:45 am. All booths must be staffed and ready for the event to start at 10:00 am. You will need to provide your own table, chairs, and canopy/tent. Please note that all canopy/tent legs must be secured with a minimum of 10 lbs per leg, to be in line with safety regulations.
Booth Order and Placement:
Placement is determined by sponsor level. Flow and competition are considered to provide the best experience for all Tour de cookie attendees.
Environmental Obligations:
All booth vendors are required to keep their space and surrounding area free and clear of clutter thought the event. All trash at your booth must be properly disposed of at the completion of the event.
Event Rain Date:
If it is to rain enough to cancel the Tour de Cookie on Saturday, May 6 it will be rescheduled for Sunday, May 7th.
