Tree House Statement on the Ulvalde Mass Shooting Read Now
The Tree House Child Advocacy Center (CAC) of Montgomery County Maryland is dedicated to reducing trauma and promoting healing for child and adolescent victims of sexual abuse, physical abuse, and neglect. Through an innovative collaborative process between the private and public sectors, key professionals come together on behalf of the best interests of victims. This effective early intervention is essential to ensure that an abused child or adolescent develops into a healthy and productive adult, capable of forming trusting and loving relationships. Underpinning the work of The Tree House is the belief that the cycle of child abuse can be broken and the knowledge that child abuse and neglect is preventable!
Help stops the effects of childhood trauma by supporting the Tree House CAC as we work to offer abused children the resources they need to grow into happy healthy adults.
Our programs offer a range of services to parents, children, individuals and organizations throughout our community through education and training.
Services are provided to children & family members who may have experienced or witnessed abuse or other violent act, ensuring the safety of the child as well as others in the community.
